Amy Kennedy

Amy Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Amy started their career as an intern at Edelman in 2005, where they assisted with media monitoring and research. Amy then worked at DBC Public Relations as an intern, where they conducted media research and provided support for client events. Amy later joined The LawMedia Group as an Administrative and Communications Assistant, where they continued media monitoring and also pitched Op-Eds and Letters to the Editors. Amy then became a Press Secretary at The Law Media Group, where they organized press conferences and coordinated media outreach.

In 2008, Amy joined Tigercomm, LLC as an Executive Account Manager. In this role, they advised clients on online activity, developed communication strategies, managed website development, and planned and executed press events. Finally, Amy joined PRR in 2014 as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, they acted as a project manager and coordinated with various teams to deliver tailored results for clients.

Throughout their career, Amy has gained experience in project management, media relations, strategic communications, and online campaigns. Amy'sroles have involved developing communication plans, writing press releases and advisories, and coordinating media outreach.

Amy Kennedy earned their B.A. degree in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Maryland between 2002 and 2006. Later, between 2013 and 2017, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University.
