Katy Marques has extensive experience in customer service management and team leadership within the aviation and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Collaboration Manager at PRS Pooling since January 2018, Katy contributes to pallet recovery, oversees the central dispatch data department, and coordinates customer support. Previous roles at PRS Pooling include Team Leader of Customer Service Centers for South/East Europe and overall customer service operations for Iberia, focusing on client relations and administrative management. Prior to PRS Pooling, Katy worked at Ryanair from April 2015 to January 2018 as a Purser and Flight Attendant, responsible for crew and passenger safety.
