Frans Andreas

Frans Andreas is currently the Assistant Vice President of Agency Sales Strategy and Incentive Management at Prudential, where they handle agency events and project management for both local and international initiatives. With previous roles ranging from Manager to Senior Manager in Agency Incentive and Sales Support, they have successfully launched new compensation programs and enhanced analytics for agency performance. Prior to Prudential, Frans worked at Sequislife as an Agency Administrator, preparing various management and agency contest reports. They are pursuing a degree in Economic Management at Universitas Tarumanagara, having started their studies in 2003.
