Ricky Chen

Ricky Chen is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Agency Director at Prudential Indonesia since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ricky co-founded SAKE, a fast-growing beverage start-up in Jakarta, from July 2019 to May 2022. Ricky also worked as a PR & Digital Marketing Consultant for Vector Indonesia, an affiliate of Japan's largest PR firm, from September 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Supervisor at NIPRO INDONESIA JAYA, where initiatives improved operational efficiency, and as a Management Trainee at Nipro Medical Corporation in Japan. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed Japanese Language Proficiency studies at Osaka Bunka Kokusai Gakkou.
