Rusli C. has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various leadership roles in prestigious companies. Rusli started their career in 2000 at AIA Indonesia, where they served in several roles, including Chief Agency Officer and Assistant Director of Agencies. In 2009, they joined PT Avrist Assurance as Vice President and Chief Agency Officer. Rusli later joined Zurich Topas Life as VP and Chief Agency Officer before moving to Manulife as Senior Vice President of AGENCY. Currently, Rusli is employed at Prudential Indonesia as the Managing Director of Agency Business Development and Chief Agency Officer. Their expertise in agency management and business development makes him a valuable asset in the insurance sector.

Rusli C. obtained a Sarjana Hukum degree in Law from Universitas Dharmawangsa, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
