Aiden Katis

Aiden O'Connor Katis, FSA CERA MAAA, is the Director, Actuary at Prudential Financial, where they lead the development and oversight of policyholder behavior assumptions for the Individual Life Insurance Business. Aiden's previous experience includes roles as an Associate Actuary and Senior Actuarial Associate, where they developed technical skills in financial analysis and collaborated with senior leadership on complex economic topics. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Mathematics from Providence College, having previously worked in various roles that enhanced their interpersonal and analytical skills. Aiden continues to strive for achievement by balancing their quantitative background with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
