Fernando Wells

Fernando Wells is currently the Vice President and Actuary at Prudential Financial, where they focus on longevity risk transfer. Previously, they served as an Associate Partner at Aon Hewitt, implementing risk management strategies for defined benefit pension plans from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, Fernando was a Senior Associate at Mercer from 2001 to 2008, leading retirement consulting support on major accounts. They also worked as a Consultant at Towers Watson in 2008, specializing in employee benefits for South American countries. Fernando holds an FSA in Pension Track from the Society of Actuaries and studied Actuarial Science at the University of Buenos Aires.
