Hani Farag

Hani Farag, CPA, CGMA, is currently the VP and Head of Financial Reporting & Business Support at PGIM, where they lead the controllership function and provide business support on a global scale. Previously, Hani served as Vice President and Controller of PGIM Private Capital, Real Estate, and International segments, overseeing financial operations in multiple countries. Hani also held leadership roles at Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Prudential Financial, where they focused on financial planning, analysis, and operational governance. Hani earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from New Jersey City University.
