John Capasso

John Capasso has over a decade of experience in business management, currently serving as Lead of Business Management at Prudential since February 2016. In this role, John has led financial reporting transformations, developed Tableau dashboards for senior management, and collaboratively improved data collection and visualization methods. Prior to Prudential, John worked as a Management Assistant at Rutgers University, where responsibilities included scheduling meetings, preparing travel arrangements, and processing invoices. John's career began as a Research Assistant at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, contributing to research projects and monitoring advertising. John holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Public Health with a double major in Psychology from Rutgers University.
