John McCarthy

John McCarthy is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience overseeing large-scale operations. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities Management at Prudential Financial since January 2016, John manages a North America portfolio of over 200 outsourced facilities covering approximately 7 million square feet and supervises a $70 million annual operating budget. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Operations at C&W Services from October 2007 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing facilities maintenance across multiple customer locations for prominent clients. Earlier in John's career, from April 2003 to October 2007, John held the position of Director of Property Management for the Southern Region at Mack – Cali Realty Corporation, overseeing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet and managing various aspects of property management, including budgeting and tenant relations.
