Meg Luce

Meg Luce is a strategic leader with extensive experience in various roles across organizations focused on design, business development, and sustainability. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Prudential Financial since August 2023, Meg was previously a Lead Design Strategist at Giant Machines and an Advisory Board member for both THR3EFOLD and Trix Magazine. With a background as a Delivery Manager at Toptal and a Strategy Designer at Business Models Inc., Meg has demonstrated expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and fostering innovation. Meg co-founded Accelab, creating opportunities for students through internship placements, and held earlier roles at Great Monday and California College of the Arts, contributing to brand strategy and social media management. Meg holds an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and dual degrees in Studio Art and Business Administration from Hartwick College.
