Robert Melillo

Robert Melillo is an experienced self-funding professional currently serving as Vice President, Head of MSL Distribution at Prudential Financial, where they focus on building a consultative Stop Loss distribution team. Previously, Robert held various leadership positions at numerous insurance and healthcare firms, including Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions and Guardian Life, where they developed innovative strategies and products in the Stop Loss marketplace. Robert also earned an A.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Post University, which they are currently pursuing.
