Ricky Chen

Ricky Chen is a skilled professional in cloud management and infrastructure optimization, currently serving in Infra Cloud Management at PCA Life Assurance Co Ltd. since January 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Kyndryl, where Ricky delivered design and implementation services for the banking sector, and Solution Engineer at iKala, focusing on workload migration and hybrid cloud solutions.
