Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman is a Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential Private Capital, where responsibilities include sourcing and originating mezzanine and minority equity transactions across multiple regions, along with managing investments for PGIM Private Capital's mezzanine funds. Previously, Michael held a similar role focused on debt and minority equity investments in the UK and Ireland. Experience includes a role as an Investment Analyst at the University of Oxford, where research involved developing software to enhance protein imaging and resulted in a thesis on algorithms for phase reconstruction of Low Energy Electron Holograms. Additional internships at Future Planet Capital, Pricoa Private Capital, and Deloitte provided foundational exposure to venture capital, investment processes, and business operations. Michael holds an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and an IB Diploma from Sevenoaks School.
