Michael Mpanga

Michael Mpanga has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Michael worked as an Agency Sales Director at Prudential Uganda from August 2015 to present. Before that, they were a Loss Assessor/Adjuster at Future Properties Consultants from November 2014 to July 2015. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Claims Officer at Aon from October 2010 to October 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Underwriting Assistant at Lion Assurance Uganda from February 2008 to October 2010 and as an Insurance Assistant at Rock Insurance Brokers from April 2007 to January 2008.

Michael Mpanga began their education at Makerere University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Admin. Michael then went on to obtain a Certificate in Insurance Essentials from the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) in 2012. In 2013, they completed a Certificate in Introduction to Property and Casualty Insurance from the same institute. From 2014 to 2023, Michael pursued a Certificate in General Insurance from ANZIIF. Finally, in 2022 and 2023, they attended the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) once again, this time earning an Accredited Adviser in Insurance-Management degree.
