Mwije Prudence

Mwije Prudence has developed a diverse professional background since graduating with a Bachelor of Information Technology from Mbarara University of Science & Technology in 2017. Currently serving as the Project Manager Team Lead at Prudential Uganda since August 2021, Mwije Prudence has been with Prudential Insurance Uganda as a Provisional Team Leader since September 2018, focusing on assisting individuals in saving for future aspirations and enhancing career opportunities in insurance. Prior experience includes roles as a Team Lead at Platinum Credits, an Accountability Officer at Shuuku Vocational Secondary School, and an intern at Mbarara District Local Government and ISTREAMS Company Limited, where skills in recruiting, training, software development, and networking were cultivated.
