Abigail Ho is a dedicated educator and volunteer with diverse experience in teaching and mentorship. As a self-employed violin teacher from July 2020 to July 2023, Abigail worked with young students aged 6-12. Currently serving as a private tutor for IB Psychology and IB Biology at Global Student Mentorship Centre, Abigail prepares materials in line with the new 2025 IB Syllabus, simplifying complex concepts for students. In addition to tutoring, Abigail has undertaken roles as a wealth management intern at LUKFOOK FINANCIAL, and a childline volunteer counsellor with the NSPCC, providing support and counseling to young individuals. Abigail further volunteers with the Clinical Psychology Department at Prince of Wales Hospital assisting in therapeutic sessions and contributes as a transition mentor and student ambassador at UCL, where a Bachelor of Science in Psychology is being pursued. Additionally, Abigail manages a small business, Crochetsbyabi, focused on handmade crochet products, while also collaborating with the UK Young Autism Project as an ABA tutor to foster specialized learning strategies for children with autism.
