Adrian Su

Adrian Su is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Group Director and Group Head of Non-Financial Risk Management at Prudential plc since July 2023, Adrian has previously held several key positions at Prudential Hong Kong, including Head of Risk Management for Insurance and Senior Director for Operational Risks. Prior experience includes senior roles at Prudential Corporation Asia, Macquarie Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Deloitte, with a focus on operational risk management and internal audit.
