Callister Koh

Callister Koh currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources at Prudential plc since January 2023 and serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudential Hong Kong since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Callister was Regional Head of Learning, Talent & Leadership Development at HSBC for the Asia Pacific region from November 2014 to July 2022. Their earlier experience includes serving as Country Head of Human Resources at AIA and Chief Human Resources Officer during a key merger phase. Callister's extensive background also includes senior roles at TECOM Group Dubai, Standard Chartered Bank, and Kellogg Company, focusing on human capital operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Callister earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of South Wales and completed a Pre-University Programme at the University of Warwick.
