Caroline Nilsson

Caroline Nilsson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRIS & Process Specialist at Prudential plc since February 2018, following a role as HR MI & Reporting Analyst in Talent Management & Reward. Prior experience includes working as a Global HR System Project Manager at TUI, where Caroline led the data workstream for a global share scheme and implemented a talent management system across the group. Earlier roles at TUI also involved launching a global engagement survey. Caroline began the HR career as an HR Trainee at Peab Sverige AB and has also worked as an Ekonomiassistent at Älta transportservice AB. Academically, Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stockholm University, a Diploma in HR from Iterum, and a PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner certification in Project Management from ILX Group.
