Cherenade Lam began their career in management consulting for Financial Services, working on various projects including change management strategies and leading design thinking workshops. At Fidelity International, they contributed to the launch of multiple initiatives, such as the first multi-asset fund in Taiwan and a post-retirement solution for Hong Kong, winning recognition for innovation. Cherenade currently serves as Group Manager for Group Transformation at Prudential plc. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance with First Class Honors from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and enjoy reading and calligraphy in their personal time.
