Devanshu Agarwal

Devanshu Agarwal, FIA, is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as Director of Actuarial Transformation and Analytics at Prudential plc since January 2023. In this role, responsibilities include modernizing actuarial finance frameworks and determining automation tools and data technologies. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at Willis Towers Watson, where leadership involved the development of a Global IFRS17 Enterprise Solution, and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte UK, managing complex model builds for major reinsurers. Devanshu’s earlier tenure at Willis Towers Watson involved extensive consulting for life insurance, including Solvency II implementations and model development across various geographical regions. Additional experience includes roles at Accenture and the National Informatics Centre. Devanshu holds a FIA from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
