Duncan Richardson

Duncan Richardson is the Director of Government Relations, International at Prudential Plc, a position held since 2025. Previously, Duncan served as a Senior Business and Markets Analyst at Proudfoot, focusing on the UK and French markets, and as a Senior Adviser on International Affairs for the City of London, where responsibility included international programs and global financial services regulatory policy. Duncan also held roles at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, leading financial services policy, and built the Global Trade Policy team at the City of London Corporation. Prior to a career in public service and government relations, Duncan was a professional rugby player with teams including Rotherham Titans RUFC.
