Earl Lee

Earl Lee is an experienced professional in the actuarial and model risk fields, currently serving as the Director of Model Risk & Validation at Prudential plc since April 2022, following a tenure as Senior Audit Manager focused on actuarial audit. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of ERM - Model Validation at Canada Life and working as a consultant on various projects, including systematic trading strategy for cryptocurrency and change management for a telecom company. Earl's career also features significant roles at Manulife, including Senior Actuarial Associate and Actuarial Associate, as well as internships with multiple prestigious organizations such as Reinsurance Group of America, Willis Towers Watson, and Munich Re Canada. Earl holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Honours Actuarial Science/Finance Option from the University of Waterloo.
