Florence Ng

Florence Ng currently serves as Director and Deputy Group Secretary at Prudential plc since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance. Prior positions include Deputy Company Secretary at AIA, as well as various roles at Esprit, where responsibilities ranged from Named Company Secretary to Company Secretarial Manager and Assistant Company Secretary. Earlier in her career, Florence worked as a Company Secretarial Officer at Lam Soon and BM Intelligence Group, and as Assistant Company Secretary/Account Executive at Zetland Financial Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
