Frederika (Frery) W. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial performance management, risk management, and actuarial consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Director, Financial Performance Management and Senior Director Risk, ERM and Capital at Prudential plc since October 2021, Frederika has also held significant roles such as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Director of Actuarial & Insurance Advisory Services at EY.
