Hannah Perera

Hannah Perera has over two decades of experience in human resources and reward management, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for Prudential plc in the UK, a position held since August 2010. Previously, Hannah Perera held roles such as Director of Group Reward and Employee Relations and Group Reward Manager at Prudential. Prior to this, Hannah Perera worked at Mercer Limited as a Principal and at Aon Consulting as a Reward Consultant. Educationally, Hannah Perera earned an MSc in HR Management from London South Bank University and a MA in Modern History & Geography from the University of St Andrews.
