Jacky Poon

Jacky Poon currently serves as the Head of Programme Management at Prudential plc, beginning in April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Client Delivery at Central 1 from March 2020 to April 2025, leading the Delivery Management Office to facilitate client solutions for over 100 financial institutions in Canada. Jacky was previously the Client Service Director for Greater China at ACI Worldwide, managing customer engagement during the solution definition phase. Earlier positions include Principal Consultant at Capco, Project Program Manager at Morgan Stanley, Senior Manager and PMO Head at AXA, and Asia PMO at Morgan Stanley, along with roles at EDS, ABN AMRO Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Australia and New Zealand Bank, and A.P. Moller - Maersk Group. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
