Jim Roberts

Jim Roberts serves as the Global Head of Group Technology Risk Management at Prudential plc since July 2024. With a wealth of experience in technology risk, security, and fraud management, Jim held various key positions including Executive Director at Standard Chartered Bank from June 2015 to March 2020, and Global Head of Information Security Risk Officers for Consumer Banking in Asia and AME. Previous roles include Programme Manager for Security & Fraud at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Executive Assistant to the Director of Technology Integration at RBS. Jim also contributed significantly to PCI DSS compliance at National Australia Group as Programme Manager and Principal Risk Consultant.
