Jitesh Malik

Jitesh Malik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital sales, payments, and loyalty programs. Currently serving as the Global Head for Digital Sales, Payments & Loyalty Program at Prudential plc since April 2020, Jitesh also holds a membership with the Singapore FinTech Association since March 2023. Prior to Prudential, Jitesh was the Regional Head of Payments and Transaction Banking at Temenos and the Global Head of Solutions Sales at Nucleus Software, where responsibilities included driving revenue targets for transaction banking solutions. Jitesh's earlier career includes significant roles at Misys as Strategic Business Development Director in APAC and as a Principal Consultant at ACI Worldwide. Jitesh holds a Master's in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Rajasthan, and a certificate in Innovation in the Age of Disruption from INSEAD.
