Joanna Chu

Joanna Chu is a seasoned Proposition Strategist currently serving as the Chief Officer of Customer Proposition & Wealth at Prudential plc, where they focus on customer segmentation and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Joanna held significant positions at FWD Insurance as Group VP and Head of Product Proposition and at AIG, where they advanced the Accident & Health division across the APAC region. Joanna began their career as an actuary at MetLife and later contributed to product innovation at Sun Life as Asia Chief Product Actuary. Additionally, they founded Kiss of Furry, a business dedicated to providing dog treats and services. Joanna is currently pursuing a degree at NYU Stern School of Business.
