Johnny Chang

Johnny Chang is an experienced professional in government relations and strategic management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Group Government Relations at Prudential Corporation Asia since November 2016, Johnny previously held the position of Chief of Staff to the Regional Chairman for Asia Pacific at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where responsibilities included developing and driving the chairman's agenda and managing team initiatives across various projects. Earlier roles included serving as a Strategic Assistant to the Chairman of Asia Pacific/Middle East & Africa, and as a Management Consultant, where Johnny conducted industry analyses and developed strategic frameworks for business development. Prior experience includes project management at Agder Energi and an internship in credit analysis. Johnny holds a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Sydney and degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and the University of Ottawa.
