Karina Lee is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Prudential plc since September 2023, Karina previously worked at HSBC for seven years in multiple senior HR positions, including Senior Human Resources Advisor and Head of HR Advisory.
