Loretta Chiu

Loretta Chiu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance and reward management across several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Group Head of Performance and Reward at Prudential plc since August 2016, Loretta has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Performance and Reward for PCA and Head of Reward for Asset Management. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Regional Reward Advisor at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities encompassed compensation regulatory governance, and as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Credit Suisse. Loretta began a career in Human Resources with positions in compensation management and advisory roles at companies such as Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and Cadillac Fairview. Loretta holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from York University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, and is currently pursuing a Board Directorship qualification at The University of Hong Kong.
