Michael Huen

Michael Huen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in privacy, information risk, and IT security. Currently serving as Director of Privacy at Prudential Corporation Asia since December 2009, Michael engages with stakeholders and senior management while leading the management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs. Michael has successfully enhanced privacy frameworks and established a comprehensive privacy structure for regional initiatives. Prior to Prudential, Michael held multiple leadership roles at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu within Enterprise Risk Services, where responsibilities included managing various engagements in IT security, audit, and controls consulting. Michael holds a Master of Laws in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from The University of Hong Kong, a Professional Diploma in Computer Forensics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
