Mio Jia

Mio Jia is a Senior UX Designer at Prudential plc, where they have been shaping user experiences since 2021. Prior to this, they served as a User Experience Designer at Persagy and were a Design for Aging Fellow at The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Mio also worked as a Design Strategist at HKS, Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Dalian University of Technology and a Master's degree in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University.
