Misha C. has extensive experience in reward management and employee benefits, currently serving as Director of Group Reward and Global Benefits and Wellbeing at Prudential plc since September 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Reward Manager for Asia. Prior to Prudential, Misha spent over seven years at Standard Chartered, holding various positions including Culture and Engagement Lead and Performance, Reward and Benefits Specialist across multiple sectors. Misha is also an International Graduate and holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
