Mohit Marwaha

Mohit Marwaha is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Prudential plc, focusing on the establishment of Prudential Health in India since July 2025. Previously, Mohit held the position of Vice President and Head of HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations at Niva Bupa, where remarkable growth was achieved by expanding the workforce from 2,000 to 8,000 employees. Additional roles include positions at NIIT Limited, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, IndusInd Bank, and Aviva Life Insurance, demonstrating a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Mohit completed advanced professional development programs at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, in Database Decision Management and Building Digital Leaders, and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Finance.
