Mohit Tandon

Mohit Tandon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology operations and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Technology and Group Head of Technology Operations at Prudential plc since April 2020, Mohit oversees IT infrastructure operations across Asia, Africa, and the UK, ensuring a stable and secure operating environment. Previous roles include Regional Head of Technology Strategic Partnerships in Asia, where Mohit led significant IT transformation initiatives, and CTO & COO at Eastspring Investments, responsible for technology and digital transformation strategies. Mohit began a career in risk management at ICICI Prudential and GE Capital, where leadership in operational risk and Six Sigma methodologies was demonstrated.
