Neil Moge

Neil Moge is currently the Group Chief Investment Officer at Prudential Plc, a role they assumed in 2025. They have an extensive background in investment management, having held senior positions at notable firms such as Goldman Sachs, where they served as Managing Director and Head of EMEA and Asia Insurance Portfolio Management. Prior to that, Neil worked as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and as an Investment Director at RSA Insurance Group. They began their career at M&G as the Director of Portfolio Management and later served as Director of Insurance Investment at AXA Investment Managers. Neil is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master's degree from the University of Bristol.
