Rachel Chan

Rachel Chan is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development with a career spanning over a decade. Currently, Rachel serves in the Group Learning role at Prudential plc, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Rachel accumulated extensive experience at Manulife, contributing to both the Global Learning Center of Excellence and Global Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from September 2015 to August 2022. Rachel's earlier experience includes working at Tiffany & Co. in Education & Development from 2011 to May 2015, and at Emerson Network Power in Learning & Development from June 2008 to March 2011. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Languages with a major in English from The Education University of Hong Kong and has also pursued further education at Progress U.
