Rei Wang is a Strategic Learning & Development leader with over a decade of experience in designing enterprise learning strategies and building leadership capability. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Sales Enablement at Prudential plc, Rei has also held significant roles at Manulife Singapore and Income, where they led training initiatives and capability-building programs across financial services. Rei's expertise includes aligning learning programs with business performance and driving organizational growth through innovative learning ecosystems. Rei holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from RMIT University and a Diploma in Building & Property Management from Singapore Polytechnic.
