Richard Shaw

Richard Shaw is an experienced treasury professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Treasury at Prudential plc since December 2013, Richard has held various roles in treasury management, including Director of Treasury and Director of Cash Management. Prior experience includes significant positions at QBE Insurance from 2006 to 2013 as Regional Treasurer for the AAP region, and earlier as Treasury Manager for Europe. Richard's expertise encompasses liquidity and investment management, foreign exchange risk management, and banking relationships. Additional roles at Radianz Ltd and Thomson Reuters further showcase experience in treasury operations, policy development, and foreign exchange management. Richard holds multiple qualifications, including a Certified Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
