Ruby Leung is the Chief of Staff for Greater China in Customer and Wealth at Prudential plc, a position held since 2025. Previously, Ruby served as the CFO for Guy Carpenter Asia Pacific at Marsh McLennan from 2022 to 2025 and held various roles at Citi from 2007 to 2012, including Regional COO and Global Lead Finance Officer. Ruby began their career in the Financial Services Group at Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2001. Ruby is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with First Class Honors at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and studying Business Management at Ivey Business School at Western University. Ruby also obtained a Master’s Degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2002.
