Tommy Han

Tommy Han is an experienced professional in government relations and public affairs, currently serving as the Government Relations Director and Regional Manager at Prudential plc since 2019, where responsibilities include engaging with regulators and overseeing policy developments across 13 Asian markets. Additionally, Tommy holds leadership roles as Chair of the China Committee at The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Vice Chair of the Insurance Committee at The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Prior experience includes serving as the China Chief Representative at Bupa, where Tommy led the company's entry into the Chinese insurance market, and as Public Affairs Manager, focusing on policy advocacy and corporate communications across Asia. Earlier roles at Pernod Ricard involved business analysis and stakeholder engagement on public policy matters. Tommy holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Victoria.
