Tushar Falodia

Tushar Falodia has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Group Head of Digitally Assisted Sales and Group Head of O2O Channel and Strategic Projects at FWD Insurance since June 2016, Tushar successfully launched General Insurance, Life, and IFA businesses in Singapore. Prior to this, Tushar worked at Aviva as a Project Manager for Higher Growth Markets and at Ibexi Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant. Additional positions include roles at AXA Insurance Singapore, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, and Max Life Insurance Company Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Sydenham Institute and various degrees related to insurance and finance.
