Vanessa Michna is an Executive PA with extensive experience across Government, the Private Sector, and Private Equity. They have supported senior leaders, including a Member of Parliament and the Chairman of a FTSE 100 Venture Capital Company, while demonstrating exceptional proficiency in managing complex schedules and coordinating with high-level stakeholders. Currently, Vanessa is part of the Office of Group Chair at Prudential plc, where they continue to deliver first-class executive support. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons and as an Executive PA at 3i Group plc.
