Wilson Chan

Wilson Chan, CFA, is a Director at Prudential, where they focus on corporate development, including M&As and partnerships, since 2025. With over 12 years of experience in investment banking, Wilson has worked extensively across Greater China and Southeast Asia, advising on cross-border and domestic deals. They have held positions at Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate Director in Mergers and Acquisitions and began their career as an Analyst at KPMG Corporate Finance. In addition to their professional roles, Wilson has been a dedicated lecturer at The University of Hong Kong's School of Professional and Continuing Education, teaching investment and valuation courses. Wilson earned a BBA with First Class Honours in Finance and Economics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed further studies at The University of Manchester.
