Xavier Teo is a Service Designer currently serving as the Service Design Lead for Group Health at Prudential plc since 2025. Previously, they held various roles including Service Designer for Organisation Transformation at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, Lead Product Designer at Sugar Ventures, and UX Research & Design Assistant at Samsung Electronics in 2021. They also contributed as a Design Thinking Instructor at the National University of Singapore from 2021 to 2023 and gained early experience as a Design Intern at XentiQ Pte Ltd in 2015. With a strong belief in prioritizing user experience and simplicity in design, Xavier is passionate about Interaction Design, Product Design, and User Experience Research.
