Xie Wan is currently the Director of ERM and Capital at Prudential plc, where they previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. With a solid foundation in actuarial science, Xie began their career as an Actuarial Advisor at KPMG UK and later worked as a Senior Analyst and Manager at Aviva. They earned a BSc from Durham University and an MSc in Actuarial Management from Cass Business School. In 2012, Xie was recognized as one of the 'Top 30 under 30 Actuarial Professionals' by Actuarial Post and is a Fellow of the IFoA.
